Life and sport are inseparable, and they have an inevitable relationship. The motto is good: life is motion. Exercise not only guarantees the health of the body but also prolongs life. Let me tell you about my grandfather!
My grandfather is already 71 years old this year, but don't look at him as an ordinary old man: he is still radiant and spirited! He is healthy and long-lived because he has always been dealing with sports. Grandpa goes for a walk every morning and runs long distances. He runs for at least an hour and a half per run! When buying food, whether it is scorching hot or wintry cold, he insists on riding a bicycle to buy them. After a long time, my grandfather's body immunity has increased, harder to get sick, and his body is strong. Isn't this the benefit of sports?
When he is free, he also goes to the park to exercise. On every afternoon everyone is exercising in the park! The community elders are doing aerobics, exercising legs and hands, and swaying hips; middle-aged people are waving their badminton rackets, leaping high into the air; a group of young people is riding bicycles, with an extreme speed, wandering around the park; the children are battling fiercely under the basketball stand, dripping with sweat, holding the basketball, playing happily. This is really a harmonious and lively scene.
Let's exercise a lot! Exercise for the sake of yourself, keeping your body healthy and strong. I believe that sport will always be our source of health!
