尚未养成跑步兴趣的人,跑步时绝对不要看跑了多久时间。大家一定会有这样的经验,设定跑30分钟,结果跑没多久就一直看时间,然后觉得时间怎么这么漫长,觉得浪费时间,终而放弃。时间过去了感觉好像没有得到任何益处,只是时间浪费掉了。因此,刚开始跑步时,你不要看你跑了多少时间。

2.看距离
你要看的是距离。看着自己努力而累积一点一点的距离,是一种绝对的成就感,因为它全部都是靠自己努力来的。如果你跑的距离越来越远,你就会找到成就感了。

3.看速度
你也要看速度。不要设定追求很快的速度。若你刚开始时跑得太快,你的身体就会感到痛苦,然后不想再跑步了。当看到自己用越来越短的时间跑出越来越多的里程时,这就是莫大的成就感。
